One who has built children's foundations.
Jean Ho is the founder and manager of Footprints Student Care. She began her journey in education in 1997 when she started teaching. In 2004, she founded and operated a preschool, dedicating her career to nurturing and developing young children. Over the years, she has gained extensive teaching experience in both preschool education and church-based children's programmes, working with children from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.

Jean holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Driven by her passion for helping every child succeed, she further pursued a Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education, a Diploma in Special Education Teaching, and training as an Executive Function Coach. She has also worked with disadvantaged children, helping them build foundational literacy skills and confidence through reading.

Footprints Student Care was founded from Jean's desire to create a true home away from home for children after school. She believes every child deserves to be known, loved, and encouraged in a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and in character. Her vision is for Footprints to partner with parents by providing quality care, meaningful guidance, and strong learning support, giving families peace of mind while helping every child maximise their potential.
