One who provides strategic guidance.

Moonlake Lee serves as an adviser to Footprints Student Care, providing strategic guidance while remaining non-operational.

She is the Founder of Transforming Lives, a social enterprise focused on executive function, neurodiversity, and relationships, and Unlocking ADHD, a Singapore charity that supports individuals with ADHD and their families through awareness, education, advocacy, and practical resources. With a multidisciplinary background spanning law, business, media, and social impact,

Moonlake has worked with parents, schools, organisations, and communities to improve understanding of executive function and neurodiversity.

Her advisory role at Footprints reflects a shared belief that after-school care can be more than homework supervision. By integrating executive function skills such as planning, organisation, emotional regulation, and independent learning into everyday experiences, children can build habits and confidence that support success both in school and beyond. She works alongside the founding team to strengthen this holistic vision.
