Personally, Janet has always been an incredibly helpful and sincere tutor since I was Sec 1 all the way to sec 4. When I was struggling with my Chemistry concepts close to the end of secondary 3, she was really able to make a significant change and hone my chemistry knowledge quickly from a borderline pass to a B3 within a few months. “Janet tutored my daughter Faye Wang for 4 years - from secondary one to her second year in the Integrated  programme (IP) In Temasek Academy at Temasek Junior College.

Throughout Janet has shown consistency in her dedication. She is well equipped with knowledge on the subject matters and most important of all, she displays commitment and has always prepared her lessons in advance. “Ms Janet taught me for 4 years. In secondary 1, I was very hesitant and underestimated myself but Ms Janet helped me overcome it and encouraged me a lot. After joining her tuition my grades increased significantly, from a C grade I jumped to an A grade, and continued getting distinctions for my weighted assignments. 

For upper secondary, she taught me chemistry and biology. Managing two subjects might be tough sometimes but each lesson we would switch subjects which kept the lesson entertaining. Moreover, I liked her method of teaching, she was very patient, she used drawing illustrations to make me understand better, and used videos to help me learn more in-depth. Sometimes, some concepts it was a bit hard for me to learn but she was very delicate with me and taught me with utmost patience.
